Here are some common questions we get about our service (and the answers too).

How much do your cups cost?

Each cup costs as little as 5 cents and includes FREE shipping. Generally the more you cups you get at one time the cheaper they will be.

What is your cancelation policy?

While we look to offer the best customer service, we understand that our subscription service isn't right for everyone. Cancel at anytime before your order ships, no penalties, no fees, no problems! 

When will my cups arrive?

Your cups will arrive on or before the 25th of every month. The order deadline for each month is ten days beforehand on the 15th of the month. Shipments are automatically suspended over Winter (Dec. 25 - Jan. 25) and Summer breaks (May 25 - Aug. 25), however. Subscriptions made during those breaks will arrive at the start of the following semester.

When will my credit card be charged?

For new orders, your credit card will be charged immediately. For subscription renewals, your credit card will be charged on the 30th of the month. 

How does the referral program work?

Love our service? We want to reward you for spreading the word.
For every  3 successful referrals you make, you will receive a FREE box of 1,000 cups. Go to your account homepage to access your unique referral link.

 Where do you ship to?

 We ship nationwide with the exception of AK , HI, and Puerto Rico.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes - but you can cancel at anytime provided we have not already shipped out your order.

When do you expect to start selling cups with ads and coupons on them? 

Ads and discount coupons are coming soon. There is no set release date just yet, but we expect they will be available later this school yer.

How do the ads work?

It's simple. Every order you receive will contain red Solo cups with an assortment of ads and coupon codes printed onto them. The ads and coupons will be tailored to you based upon your school and geographic location. If we don't have ads one month, don't worry. You will still receive your cups -- they will just be blank.
